Mauricio Marín

Mauricio joined the firm in 1993. He has a great deal of experience managing various types of judicial proceedings. His practice has focused on disputes that involve real estate, at the crossroads of civil, agrarian and environmental legislation. He has advised clients in the real estate development and tourism sectors, obtaining environmental permits, managing concessions in the maritime land zone and near areas designated for conservation. He has also advised non-governmental organizations involved in efforts to defend endangered ecosystems.

He obtained his Licentiate degree (JD equivalent) from the Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho (1999).
