With the incorporation of the former deputy (2018-2022), agronomist and lawyer Zoila Volio Pacheco to the firm, our services have expanded with a specialized branch in consultancies and issues pertinent to Law No.10113 “Cannabis Law for medicinal and therapeutic use and hemp for food and industrial use”. Volio was the drafter and proponent of the project and is concentrating on legal advice on its possible application pending the regulation.
In addition to its headquarters in San José, GHP has offices in Tamarindo, one of the beaches with the highest tourist growth in the province of Guanacaste, where general advice is offered to companies with interests in that area and that specialize in real estate development.
